Low Idle and Stall in Reverse When Warm

2001 Ranger 4X4 4.0 Automatic Transmission
Runs fine when the engine is cold. When the engine warms up, it generally works fine in all forward gears. In reverse, idle gets low and surges a bit, and will stall under load like reversing over a piece of firewood or backing up a hill. It will reverse on flat surfaces fine without needing to use the gas pedal as normal. Very occasionally I will get a short period of lower power and slight shake like a misfire at higher speeds starting up a hill in drive.
What I have done so far:
No CEL/codes on my reader
Replaced spark plugs, coil pack, plug wires, coolant temp sensor, IAC valve, DPFE, EGR solenoid.
Followed the steps in this tutorial https://easyautodiagnostics.com/ford...e-egr-system-1. Everything checked out fine, except I could not measure any vacuum from the solenoid even with a brand new solenoid (Test 6 on page 5)
Have not found any vacuum leaks
I replaced the crank position sensor. In my initial test drive after I replaced the sensor, I could not get the truck to replicate the stalling. However, the stalling was back on my next drive and has remained.

Working on pulling the Transmission Position Sensor off my parts truck right now, but it is pretty stuck on and it will probably break before it comes off.

Thank you for any ideas
