1996 2.3l. Recently had an idling issue resulting in a 3000 rpm idle on occasion. I’m assuming it’s either a vaccum leak or my iac valve but I noticed this hose and am wondering what it attaches to. Can’t seem to locate a spot to “put it back in” assuming it even goes anywhere. Any help is appreciated
