HELP!!!

I have a 2000, 4x4, 4.0, automatic transmission, Ranger that I’m having trouble with. It has almost 116,000 miles. I’ve been having trouble with the truck where I’ll be going about 30-40 mph and just have the rpms at 2k and the truck starts lurching and it almost feels like it’s going to stall out. I’ve replaced the spark plugs, wires, and ignition coil pack. This helped for a little while but it’s coming back and I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the fuel pressure ?

Fuel filter, if it's been a few years, you should change it.
