Welcome to the forum
You may have to make your own, Ford usually stops carrying parts for vehicle over 15 years old
If the connections are different sizes then you will need 2 pre-made hoses with the correct bends, and then a metal reducer/adapter to connect them
The 4.0l SOHC engine was used until 2011 in Rangers.........................so a 2011 hose may be available and may work
1l5e-18465-ad is a 2001 part number, the 1 at the start = 2001, L5 = Ranger, Ford dealer should be able to see if there was a change or if later number can work

Thanks
ford can order the hose about a week or so out I was hoping I could find an aftermarket direct replacement but I think I’ll end up using universal coolant rated line as the fuel hose I used as a temp fix does not look like it will last
