Recently I replaced the oil pan gasket on my ford ranger (PIA), and afterwards the engine started getting a loud engine tick after the engine warms up and during acceleration.
Could this be caused by a possible bent oil pickup tube when taking the oil pan off? Im trying to figure out if its a serious problem or if I can just have the oilman taken off and
the have the pickup tube bent back if it is the case? Any help and input would be greatly appreciated!
