go fund me and dedicated mods and tunes
i wanted to ask if it would be ok to post my go fund me page on here, if i have to pay advert royalties i will, this is actually really to expand the duratec ranger range of parts, with dedicated exhausts, intakes, tunes, and kits. after blowing up 6 engines, i have finally found some stable tunes that work better than the sct tunes and are much more reliable and cause less stress and wear. Current tunes allow for up to 187HP and 192 lb ft torque at the wheels, but requires you to re-time the intake cam of the motor and lose out on a little bit of low end, but i am in currently working on adapting the tune to allow VCT for the intake, this will allow a nice and smooth low end without the risk of stalling and potentially more low end torque as well. i am currently still developing a turbo tune, but of all 7 motors currently, they all run stably on this tune, avg economy is 23 city and 28 highway with a crew cab ranger 2wd m5od 4.10 7.5 open and full tank of gas, this tune is still experimental but in time i will release it, i plan to continue working on this tune even after support for duratecs as a whole is dropped. my current problem is finances as it took me about 3 months to develop this tune as gas money being a major issue when tuning, the virus being another. when i fully can write to a pcm from the obd2 debug port like the sct tuners and such if possible i will make an arduino plug and play tool with the tune and unlimited uses including plugging into a friends ranger with the same motor. If i have to where do i go to pay for the advertising fee to post my fund page, the first available rom should be out by september allowing for all bugs to be taken care of and allow all standard emissions equipment to remain.
