White smoking coming out of intake and oil

Alright recently replaced head and intake gaskets trucks back together timing isn't completely right but truck starts and runs but before I put radiator back in upon first startup truck would smoke really bad from the intake and hose that connects oil and airfilter when I replaced head the left front and back cylinders had coolant laying on top could it possibly be the coolant burning off completely or could it be because coolant system wasn't hooked up I just started it fir a second to make sure everything was back together correctly any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, after sitting there will be water condensed on most parts inside the engine, and they get HOT fast after startup, and thats the white "smoke", water vapor
You can run the engine without coolant(but WITH OIL!!!) for up to 1 minute if you want

You keep saying "head" this is a V6 engine correct?
so you are pulling off BOTH heads, you need to, you can't service just one head on this type of vehicle
This is a V6 sub-forum

That bottom one, improperly torqued, or warped head, or the surface of the block or head not cleaned, or severely over heated.

Wasn't the gaskets fault

How long has that engine been sitting without heads on it ?

The surface where the gasket goes should be shiny new looking like this, on the block and head or you are just wasting time and money.

And you really need to get the heads pressure checked and checked for flatness.
