What’s going on everyone, David Ford and Ranger enthusiast. My 94 Ranger broke down back in March of 2020. Was driving like normal whenever I attempted to shift to 4th gear the shifter resisted like it couldn’t go into gear. But after my elbow grease it went into the gear. But it was accompanied by a loud bang and the truck instantly dying. I can turn the truck on but it won’t stay on. What could be the cause of this. Trying to see what I need too do to get my truck back on the road. Any help is appreciated!!
