Bolt size & thread pitch?

I recently bought a 2003 Ranger XLT Flareside (or Stepside.. not clear on the preferred term). The bed has these built-in tie points, and I need to replace a couple of the bolts. I also want to add tie rings on top of the cleat, so need longer bolts. Does anyone happen to know the bolt size & thread pitch of these?

Thanks

Edited to correct the year - it's a 2003 model.

A fairly obscure piece of accessory hardware, so may not get a definite answer on the forum.
Simplest thing to do is to remove one & teach yourself to measure bolts.
OldStandard bolts are FractionalInchOutsideDiameter * ThreadsPerInch * InchLengthLessHead
NewStandard bolts are MillimeterOutsideDiamater * MillimeterLengthThread~Thread * MillimeterLengthTotalLessHead
If you have a caliper tool great; if not just use a tape or ruler.
Of you can just take the bolt to the hardware store; they usually have a threaded block for measuring bolts.
Considering age & rust, I'd give them a squirt of penetrating oil & a hammer tap
a few hours before trying to remove.

Great - thanks for your help. I have a bolt size guide, but these aren't matching up. Good idea to try my luck at the hardware store.
