98 Ford Ranger rear axle shaft intermitting bind

I have a 98 Ford Ranger 2.5 Axle is 7.5 ring gear and 4.10 rotation. The problem I'm having is rear axle shaft on both side that are causing intermitting rub on break drum and causing both wheels to wobble at around 40 to 45 and hard vibration at higher speeds> It has caused both break drums to warp, I have gone through two sets on them. Things I have done. new tire, drums, break shoes, bearing on end of axle twice. axle shaft twice, and differential bearings.
I'm at a loss any suggestions to where I can go form hear or any help would be highly apricated Thanks

When was the last time you fully bled the brake system? It sounds like you have brake pressure in your rear brake system that should not be present. This pressure causes a slight bind/pulse when it gets warm, which causes drum drag, which makes it warmer....the cycle continues. A collapsed/collapsing flexible brake line can also cause pressure in the brake system, or cause the brake system to hold pressure after the pedal is released.

I assume since you had the axle shafts out that your differential spider gears are in good shape and not at all worn to the point they are binding. I would first completely flush your brake system first and go from there.

The breaks were bleed 2 months ago by shop so I don't believe the breaks are the problem. Yes, forgot to mention i put new spider gears in last week. It's not that the breaks are dragging continually its intermittingly. I've jacked the truck up and you can see the tire wobble both side and looking under truck I can see the drum has a slight wobble, I have bought two new drums both on both sides have slight wobble, put new tires on same problem, I have change out the axle with two used ones and two new one's same problem, put different reams on wobble still there. I got this axle from junk yard form 2002 ranger I don't know how long it was laying on the ground under the truck. Is it possible for the axle itself being bent that is causing this.
