Suspension Overhaul Nightmare

Hello everyone, I need some opinions on my situation and any insight will be greatly appreciated. I purchased the TRQ Steering and Suspension Kit because the ball joints were bad so I figured I’d get the suspension a face lift… she deserves it after all! So I installed new

Sway bar links
Upper/Lower control arms
Inner/Outer tie rods
Powerstop Brake Kit

i finished the install and headed over to my local alignment shop for the final step… my excitement was short lived as it felt like I was driving a semi truck! My turn radius was greatly diminished!

The alignment shop got it back on the lift to take a look and noticed the Knuckle was running into the Lower control arm. I found in another thread this is normal to an extent. My old control arms show marks in the same locations but not to the extent my brand new arms are already showing significant denting/grinding.

I guess my question is what could be causing it?
