Ive got a 2000 ranger, with an explorer rear end, Ive blown 3 parking brakes in the last year need to figure out how to fix my current system or overhaul it and get a stronger one

I live on a hill, my driveway is a hill, and im on 35s so none of that is helping but I cant change any of that

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and I would really like my truck to stay where I leave it.
