Front suspension rebuild of a terribly maintained 4x4
Front suspension rebuild of a terribly maintained 4x4
I am replacing front suspension on my 1999 ranger. I have noticed that one torsion bar is almost three inches longer than the other. They are also not the original ones. I have measured the distances from lower control arms to the keys and it appears to be the same. Restoring a wreck that was poorly maintained so there is no telling what has been done. Also have a slight bend in one bar, does that make a difference? Installing new upper and lower control arms, hubs, ball joints, steering knuckles, stabilizer. Any additional tips would be appreciated…
