PATs system active, truck will not start.

I have a 2009 ford ranger that needs some help! I went for a drive to my local city on the weekend when i had noticed that every single light was up on my dash, tach and speedometer stoppped working and odometer now just reads dashes. I had pulled over to the side of the road and turned it off and afterwards it did not want to start. I removed one of the terminals from my battery then reattached it, truck fired up and it was good for about 10 minutes before the same thing happened again. After pulling over again i tightened my battery terminals thinking they may have just been loose with no luck. When i got to my destination i turned my truck off then tried to turn it back on, the truck now refuses to turn over no matter what i do. Never had electrical issues with the truck until a few days ago. I have tried just about EVERYTHING and i am still stumped. Every relay and fuse in the engine bay and cab have been checked multiple times now with no problems being found. My PATs system on the dash blinks 16 which means it’s not communicating with the CANBUS system. I’ve checked battery voltage and changed fuses, even going as far as buying a new sjb hoping that was the issue to no avail. I can hear every single relay inside and out activating as it should but truck still doesn’t start. I have all accessories working including lights and radio but my truck still will not start. The only thing i could think of was when i got the truck it had a gps put in it, but it was only 2 wires that were connected with 2 wires from the obd2 port. That’s the only electrical modification I’ve made to the truck and afterwards had used electrical tape. Could those 2 little wires be causing the truck to not turn over? Keys would appear that they work as i have all function besides actually starting the truck. I have a video attached of the dash lights but i am stumped. Is there a common area the wires may break at?

Edit: redid both wires where gps was connected to and still nothing. Had seen on another thread that the pcm connector could be ever so slightly loose so zip tied the connector together and still nothing. On another note OBD2 will not read anything whatsoever that i try. I also have located the majority of the grounds and cleaned them up, still with no change. I feel like I’m going in circles here, would the next step be to pull out my whole cluster to see? I doubt I’ll find anything as the dash hasn’t ever been removed but I’m going crazy trying everything to no avail. It would appear to me that every module and system should be working besides the PATs but i don’t know how the PATs would effect the OBD2 port…

I have the exact same issue, same year, just had to get it towed home, going to look at the wiring tomorrow. Seen on another post it was a corroded loose connector from the pcm to the interior.

UPDATE
From all the posts I’ve looked at the things I’ve tried appear to be the only real issues that can cause the no start. It turns out though that my issue was quite stupid, my exhaust had fallen off about a week before those issues started and i theorize that the heat from my exhaust heated up a bolt enough to break one of the wires under the floor on my truck. I had taken it to Ford and they absolutely bs’d me the whole time saying the previous owner put a rivet in the floor which caused the wire to snap but i seriously doubt that. They also “diagnosed” it as the pcm stating that was the issue. From what i have seen online the PCM RARELY TO NEVER fails.
I’d personally check wires under the floor if you’ve tested everything else to no avail. The sjb is always a good place to look but unless the area is soaked with water you should be a-ok there. The other thing to check would 100% the connector from the pcm to the sjb, it sits behind the driver side of the dash and can sometimes be loose enough to cause an issue but can be accessed without taking anything apart.
