I have a 1997 ford ranger made in Canada. When I turn my truck off my headlights won't turn off. When the truck is running the high beams are now low and the low beams are now high. I would love some recommendations on what might be causing this. Thank you all so much

 

Are you using the headlight switch to turn them off? If you pull back on the directional switch those the high beam indicator on the dash come on?
