06 ranger sport 3.0 w/ codes P0174 and P0453

hello, this is my first post on the forums.

I recently got an 06 ranger sport 3.0 and since have been having some issues... I would like to detail what Ive done so far and see if I can get some advice as well, thank you!

first off its been straight-piped with cat deletes (in arizona so no emissions)
at first it was throwing the CEL with 'too rich' codes, I have been trying different 02 spacers to deal with that

secondly- I have done new coil/sparkplugs/and wires which seemed to have fixed a lot of misfire issues and she runs 80-90mph @2700-3100 rpm on the interstate with no issues really, acceleration is quite responsive, idles around 800-1k rpms... I have a question with the sparkplug firing order : Ive read many places that the coil-engine configuration for 3.0 rangers of this year are:
|3 4| |3 6|
|2 6| |2 5|
|1 5| |1 4|
FRONT

however... my truck seems to run with this configuration:
|1 5| |3 6|
|6 2| |2 5|
|4 3| |1 4|
FRONT
this being said, now my truck has only been throwing these two CEL codes:

P0174 (System too lean Bank 2) and autozone recommended that I reinstall vacuum hose at intake manifold or fuel pressure regulator.
also-
P0453 (Evap Emissions System Pressure Sensor High Input)
Im wondering if my coil firing configuration is an issue or if my 02 sensors on the exhaust could be an issue with all of this. The only thing Ive done besides the sparkplugs/wires/coil is that I also have installed a bigger group size battery- 65e- from an explorer- and had to modify the battery cage to accommodate the length of its dimensions. (the original battery was grp size 59)

thanks for any advice or information guys, I am glad to be in this community!

That is exactly what my 2000 Ranger is throwing. I have no idea why. But it would look like it might be firing order. It should always be:

3 4
2 6
1 5

Im going to see if mine runs in your configuration and eliminates the codes. This isn't a coincidence.
