i have a transmission fluid leak, found the leak but in the process put a quart of mercon compatible all purpose transmission fluid in my 2001 2.3 auto instead of mercon 5, do i need to drain some and put in more mercon 5. The leak is on the return from the cooler line, since i have to take it off anyways should i run five or so quarts out and put more mercon 5 in. i know this wont get all the other fluid out but will at least make it less mixed.
