My 94 Ranger is running really rich. After replacing parts and vacuum hoses and narrowing down the issue to it being most likely the spout connector I dont know how to fix it. Removing the gray cap with the bar my truck starts and runs the same. It seems like there is an issue from the spout connector to the ECM. Get a junk yard ECM and try to disable the pin in the ECM because the ECM thinks its not working already.
