I need a source for a set of rocker arms. I cant find anything!

Pulled the heads of my sons ranger due to a blown head gasket, 1 burned exhaust valve, 4 sunk seats, so new heads it is. While he was tearing it apart, bent 2 push rods. I have never just replaced the push rods, always did the rockers with them as a set, but cant find a full set of 12. How bad would it be to just throw in 2 new push rods and keep it moving?
