Hi everyone ,
I had an autoimmune disease that took out my liver but not before the non filtered blood could mess with my recall and memory.
I'm working on a 94 4.0l ohv, I need new heads and for the life of me I can't remember what goes in/on a head. So here is what I recall and if you can help me with the rest that would really great of you.
Head
Valves
Valve springs and retainers
Valve guide's
Rocker's
Pushrods
Lifters

if you get rebuilt head I believe they come with valves, valve guides, springs, keepers, you'll need rockers. pushrods and lifters. if the heads are off the lifters should be in the motor. no reason to remove them.
