99 ranger 4.0l auto 4x4 dies leaving a stop
First time posting, I have a 99 ranger 4.0l that I'm having a new problem with. It starts and idles smooth, and revs in park fine. The problem is when I'm driving and come to a stop. It will run fine till I go to leave the stop with light throttle, it will stumble and has died a few times. If I quickly let off throttle and feather it I can keep it running. After getting to about 5-10 mph it will accelerate smooth again like nothings wrong till the next stop.
A little back story, it has 145k miles, was passed down to me from a family member that bought it new. It never had any problems and serviced to the book. About a year ago I had lean codes and miss fire I was chasing and replaced coil pack, wires, plugs, tps, maf, fuel pump, and filter. It ran great after. About 4 months ago I had to have a knee replacement surgery then another about a month ago (both knees). It was sitting during that time. Today was first time getting it out and first time having this issue. I tried filling tank and adding fuel injection cleaner ( heat with injector cleaner) to see if gas was going bad. Checked air filter ( in case of mice ) still looks new. Listen to injectors with mechanics stethoscope ( all sound the same). I have a cheap code reader that has live data. It shows no codes and the live data looks normal. ( at least I didn't notice anything out of norms)
Is there something I'm missing or I should be looking for? I cant really get around very good right now ( still doing physical therapy). This is my daily and need it running good again before the snow starts. ( live in montana)
Any ideas and numbers to look for in live data would be greatly appreciated.

Today I let it idle for about 45mins. it started easy and ran great. I went to drive it around the block and still the same problem. idles fine at the stop, when I lightly touch the gas to start accelerating it chugs and trys to die. If I let off then push gas down about a third way it clears up till next stop or untill I slow down take a turn and try to start accelerating again. I tried to recreate this in my driveway but cannot. I tried wiggling all wires and bundles. I also tried lightly pushing gas in park and drive with other foot on brake.
Any ideas or what to try next ?

This morning tried smoke test. No leaks that I can find. Tried replacing tps and maf with old ones, disconnected battery for 20 minutes. Started right up and idles smooth, let idle for 20 mins. Went to drive around block and still same chugging with light throttle, and died at end of street. Started right back up, if I push throttle about half way it runs good and got me home. Any ideas what to do next?
