Issues starting

Hello all
I have a 2004 ford ranger edge 4.0, automatic, 4x2.
I recently started experiencing problems with it after it sat for a little bit with the electricity turned off for it. Right now what I am experiencing is, when ever it starts it it will just stall out or it will rev up to the limiter until I turn it off, when ever it does start up I am able to give it some gas and have it run a little bit longer. But what throws me off about it is I sprayed starting fluid into the intake, and it ran for a long time with the starting fluid wich really through me off because initially It made me think it was a vacuum like leak but now I believe I have a fuel issue or even both. I have check the maf sensor, the tps, replaced the iac and I even took off the intake and checked the tb to make sure it was closing all the way. The only thing I did to it when it sat was I did the zip tie mod but immediately took it off when it was giving me issues starting. Below I will attack the videos of it stalling out, hitting the limiter off start up and how it ran with starting fluid

thanks for the help

how many miles on the odometer? it for sure sounds like a fuel problem. i'd look into the IAC and the TPS. check here on the forum on how to diagnose each.
