I have 4.0l v6 05 xlt was wondering if anyone has ever run into this issue, but I just replaced my clutch and slave cylinder. It drives better than before, but I still get an issue every now and again where my truck refuses to go into gear especially when coming from a stopped position. My best guess atm is my clutch isn’t fully releasing right, as of now if I am in traffic and it happens I will turn the car off and have no issue going back into first, but it is still quite annoying. Something to add to that suspicion is when I shift between gears the car will drop rpm’s going into neutral but flatlines right above 2k if I am going 5-10mph towards a stop sign. Any advice or forwards to other threads about this would be appreciated.
