Power steering 1998-2000 Bleeding

Hey guys! I replace my power steering pump a few months ago and it’s always been getting really hard to turn the longer it runs. I have right fluid in it and did the replacement correctly and did a normal bleeding procedure for a while. It hasn’t worked and people have told me to try and vacuum bleed it. Problem is, I can’t find the right attachment to fit that wide of a reservoir neck. Does anyone have one and able to give me the link to it?

The fluid in it looks perfectly fine, just normal red Mercon ATF. I got a remanufactured pump from Napa because the O’Reilly’s died within five minutes of install, same for the warranty replacements from them. I’m using the one from Napa currently and I know for a fact that it is fine because it pumps with higher rpm’s.
