1994 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0, AC Compressor clutch doesnt fit!?

Hello,
I have a 1994 Ford Ranger 4.0 engine XLT 2 wheel drive. The AC stopped working, looks like I need to change the ac compressor clutch.

Apparently there is a 4" 7/8" version and a 5". I have the 4" 7/8". Bought the parts but as usual they are TOTALLY DIFFERENT and do not fit. Can't figure this out. Below is the original, as you see it has 3 mounting holes for 3 small screws...

here is the original and how it fits

You can see how even loosely fit this pulley ALIGNS with the pulley below!! The new one does not...

Below you can see the new parts only have 1 factory mounting hole in it, we drilled another 2 to see if we can get it to work but only 1 stock hole..

Below you can see new one loosely mounted, this new one has a large lip and makes the ENTIRE pulley stick out too far to align with the other belt pulleys!

CURIOUSLY, when the NEW parts are OFF the Ranger, they fit together PERFECTLY! When mounted it sits too far forward AND it fits ****-eyed! NOTE how in the photo BELOW the magnetic donut widget sits ****-eyed you can clearly see the fat section of threads in the back is FAT and yet closer on top toward the other side.. with 1 screw or 3 screws through newly drilled holes it sits crooked unless ALL NEW parts are OFF the truck! So far all the new parts from ALL 3 autoparts stores are the same as this and this is the part that is suppose to fit!!? The 5" parts look totally different (never purchased as I don't think it will fit. How do I fix this? Need to finish this project and sell her to pay for my 2 surgeries, saved my life but dang doc ain't cheap. GREATLY appreciate any information you guys may have. This 4.0 rocks but I'm lost on this..

Thank you

its wrong, look how wide the belt is for the new one. take a pic of the new and old one together. its hard to see the real difference.

Ok here is the photo...ORIGINAL pulley is on the LEFT new one on the RIGHT The belt fits just fine on either one, obviously they are very different, but EVERY single part I have ever bought new for this Ranger NEVER looks like the original, and this is what everyone sells for this Ranger year..
different angle

new one LEFT, original RIGHT
new one LEFT, original RIGHT

odd, also because you say all the parts? you get are different. i'd check your VIN to see if its right year. how long have you had this truck? where it come from? maybe it had been replaced with an older or newer motor? if you took the part you took off, see if they can match it. look for older or newer ones? some years have kinda this issue because of coming out with a new model. i think 2006 there was a change. good luck!!
