No crank no start 4.0 SOHC
I have a 02 ranger edge with the 4.0 i noticed a weird noise coming from my front diff area and no I have a no start there is a brand new battery and the starter tested fine im looking for any advice as I love this car

Give us a few details, please.
1) How many miles are on this 2002 Ranger?
2) Are you the original owner?
3) Does the engine crank and not start, or does it do nothing?
4) was the battery and starter recently changed? If so why?
