I am having a time troubleshooting a crank / no start problem.

Truck has sat for quite a while.
Battery needed replaced, so it has a new battery.
Fuel pump would not power on, so I replaced the fuel assembly. (Old pump was definitely bad)
I drained and put new fuel in the tank.
Inertia switch is fine (as the fuel pump powers on)
I have good pressure at the rail (60 lbs)
Spark plug tester has spark.
Relay's and fuses appear to be fine. (And I swapped with like items)
When I read codes, it does have a P230 Fuel Pump Primary Circuit code.

What are some of the next likely causes?
