Brakes issue

Hey everyone,
I’ve been dealing with a weird brake problem and could use some input.
  • The brake warning light (red) and ABS light (yellow) were coming on and off.
  • I replaced all brake fluid, rear shoes, front pads, and both rear wheel cylinders.
  • When I tried to bleed the system with a vacuum pump, nothing was coming out.
  • I had to keep the engine running and bleed the brakes by pumping the pedal manually (used a stick to hold it down).
Now, the brake pedal has a long travel before it starts braking. The ABS light came back on.
The front brakes seized up (seems worse on the right side, since the truck pulls right when braking).
I drove home like that, the brakes got super hot, but after cooling down, they unlocked.

What could be going on? Thank you for any help.
