A Question on Bolting down My Truck bed

For a little background. I unbolted the Truck Bed of my 2006 Ford Ranger Sport and slid it back a bit to get at my fuel pump so i could replace it. After replacing it , i put the Truck bed back in to place. I reused the bolts that were there because they were in pretty good shape.

I've watched several videos and read some posts on it. but None of them mention needing to use a specific Ft. Pound of torque to tighten the 6 bolts back down on the Truck Bed. Is that a Requirement ? what sort of issues could i run in to if i tighten them down by hand till they don't move anymore ?

I did order a torque wrench on Amazon recently just incase that's a requirement. But would rather not have to try and remove those bolts again if i don't have to, I did put thread locker on them. So they're going to be a pain to get off a second time.

Any answers to this will be appreciated.

I had to remove the bed to do the fuel pump aswell, i replaced the bolts and clips and I just went till tight or till i couldn't easily turn it with a ratchet, so probably 50-60 ft-lbs(with no-sieze). So far So good but i just got the truck running again so i'll let ya know how it goes.
