93 4.0l v6 OHV

hello, I am in desperate help. I put a new engine block from Jegs.com and I can't get it running to save my life. I have checked spark on every plug, checked the fuel injectors, took the ECU out and looked for burnt marks. All it wants to do it turn over and it will act as if it is going to start but then just continue turning over. Fuel filter it good, gas pump is working correctly. I have all the wires and vacuum hoses connected. I was just going to take it to my local ford dealership, and they will not work on anything older than a 99. Please I need help.

Do you have the spark plug wires installed correctly? Have you tried spraying ether, starting fluid? You said you checked spark, If it was good try to start it with the ether, if it starts and dies out then you have a fuel delivery issue.

After a failed attempt to start, are removed spark plugs wet with gas? Hold a match to 'em to see if they burn.

Yes, I have the spark plugs installed correctly, I marked them before taking them off and have looked up online to make sure they are in the correct order. I have sprayed starter fluid in the throttle body, and it does not do anything any different.
