Radiator Fan Blade failure ? 94-97 2.3L

Radiator Fan Blade failure ? 94-97 2.3L
They all develop cracks, but has anyone ever hear of one failing- breaking apart ?

I could not find a new one, so bought a used one for backup just in case. It has cracks too.

Im sure they have but never heard of one failing. I have a 99 4.0 4x4 that Ive had since 2001. My radiator fan has cracks in many places. It might come apart tomorrow but it's been that way for years.
