I?m in the process of getting a reman 97 4.0 for my Lunar Rock: got a BBK 66mm throttle body; would I be correct that I also need a 66mm MAF sensor; and if so would I need to get the ECM redone?

My guess is that the camshaft determines how much air flows through an engine and that the throttle's 'bore' doesn't matter.

Are you Aberdeen Scotland or Maryland?
