Technically, you're supposed to use a fuel line disconnect tool to remove the fuel lines, but you can remove the lines from the filter by pushing the colored ring (visible through a slot in the fitting on the hose end) with your thumb, while simultaniously pulling the fuel line off of the filter.
Be sure to de-pressurize the fuel system first; you will get some good spray. And have a pan under the truck, as you will lose a lot of fuel from the lines and the filter. If you rotate the filter 90 degrees, what fuel is left in it will pour out (about a pint!).
