New truck will it settle?

no you probably got the sport which is the same thing as a 2wd edge.............

His sig says he has an XL with the 2.3L.. It should sit at the same height as any stock 2wd XLT i believe

It will probally start that hieght, but get some 30's eventually.

The springs will settle some over time and after a few heavy loads.

If your truck has the optional heavy payload package, it will have heavy duty springs that could also contribute some to the height.

Also, it is a pretty light weight truck compared to something like a loaded V6 with an automatic. The springs do not have as much weight to support.

over time it will settle, but you prob will never notice it for a couple years

my guess

it will happen gradually over time and you wont notice the difference until after it has been settled for a while
