Bootleggers sell them on eBay. The factory wiring manual is usually included with the service manual CD.

I just picked up a 2002 Ranger Wiring Diagram manual on ebay for $40. There have been a bunch on ebay the past two weeks. I figure the manual will be helpful down the road for other mods, and be a relief to rwenzing for I won't need to constantly ask him what wire does what and where, haha.

 

The two years are almost identical. In some cases, the 2003 Ranger doesn't have EGR but the 2002 does. There are a couple of other small differences but a 2002 manual would serve you well for the most part.
