after-market parts

i want to trick-out my truck but i'm on a budget. it's an 01 edge flareside 4x4. what are some inexpensive things i can do to make it look good?

clear corners, grille, remove mud flaps, taillights are just a few things.

Clear corners if you can find them. A billet grill. 2006 emblems or acetone the ones you have. Niteshade the taillights. Chrome tailgate handle. Chrome inserts for your door handles. Those are some relatively inexpensive items- ranging from almost free to $100 or so. Window tint is another.

Wayne i know you have the tailgate handle, but have you thought about trying to get the door handles?

Tint the windows, silverstar turnsignals/headlights/fogs....there's alot of stuff you can do under a $100 to change the look of your truck.

the only thing available is a plastic chrome cover. Nothing wrong with that because it looks good. I have to buy about $3,000 worth of them to be competitive. That's a bunch of handle covers. lol

Yea, I asked Wayne about that before. I got the plastic chome covers from Putco on ebay.

Double sided tape, yea.

You can find some that don't include the tailgate handle for a cheaper price.

$50 for the handle covers....jeez. never really liked double sided tape...but i bet it works better than chrome spray paint would.
