mounted switch and repainted again.

yup, these things have been painted like 20 times it seems like.
i painted the handles a while ago with no clear coat, so it chiped, and i never did the bezel untill now.
its not going back into my truck tho untill i get a new radio mount because the old one falls out all the time and scratches it.
also mounted the k/c switch on the bezel.

A new radio mount shouldnt help anything unless yours is broke....if it were me...i would have fiberbondo'ed the mount to the back of your bezel so that way it wont come out at all....put screws in it and put fiberbondo all the way around it on the backside and it will look normal from the outside but wont come out at all....thats what i would do to mine if i wasnt selling everything..

That looks good man. Oh and btw, I mounted my KC switch in the exact same place! Right above the good old fog light switch!

what paint did you use? The oem ford crap-job I have is starting to peel. I was told there's a dupicolor plastic paint, but I'm either blind or it doesn't exist in this town (which wouldn't surprise me). If I have to I'll use model airplace/car paint and then clear coat it.

Anyone know the exact name of the red used in the newer 2-tone bucket seats? Or the blue for that fact? I'd rather have the blue on black seats that these red on black.

BTW, nice spot for the KC switch. Mine's temporarily there until I can get the wire harness for the 2nd fog switch I snagged.

Looks real good, i'd try that but the red would look so tacky on tan interior! You know, my old radio mount started sliding forward and seemed like it wouldnt lock into place, so i bought a new one- it does the exact same thing as the old one, it just wont lock into place securely.. I dont know what the deal is, i guess i need to fab something up or just get a double din and be done with it.
