fiber glass and plastic?

fiber glass and plastic?

how well do they work with each other? I want to glass the peice under my radio bezal then wrap it in carbon fiber then add carbon switches to looks like there hiddin. lol

I don't think they do. At least I haven't been able to get a good bond. Someone like Fernando (quest???) could help out with what to use. He does custom stereo installs and works with that stuff.

cool. i just tried to get the console out and i am stuck i took out the two screws at the bottom and not i am stuck.

If your going to just use bondo, you have to use FIBER bondo, the green stuff, it will attach pretty good...

IF your prep it right it will stick to anything...

Well not anything but you get the idea..

glass to plastic is gravy..i did it on some inside peices on my door..worked great..just prep like them fellas say..

try to stay away from bondo it cracks after time

i used short hair on my radio bezel.. just finished it last night.. ill have some pics up here in a few.. if the batteries aint dead in the camera

will see, i did not use a enough hardener so know i have to redo it. i'll get so pic's this time for people to see how to do it they has questions.
