Center Console Question

I found this 99 Explorer center console. I am wondering if it would fit inside my 2006 extended cab. If it won't fit what year do you guys recommend me finding a full seat-back to lower dash console???

Yes, it will fit fine. I had to trim mine slightly in the front a little bit so that the slots and bolt holes lined up just right. There are a couple of ways to mount the rear.

The eBay ad doesn't say whether it comes with the metal mounting brackets. See:

Yes sir, that should work with your truck just fine. The Dash you have is the same as the Dash in the 99 Explorer.

Just to throw something else at you, you could put in the console that came in the 06-07 Rangers. That looks real good.

I have an 06 Ranger STX but the center console is split into two parts. one up front by the air bag control and then the center between sets w/ cupholder and ec holder. i want one that goes all the way complete.
