painting interior stuff

I was thinking one day that it would be cool to paint the inside door handle surround the same color of the gauges and radio surround in my level II. Has anybody done this? Lets get some opinions! what do ya'll think about this idea? Where would a find a paint code to match this color?

I painted the radio surround & the door handle surround fairly close to the exterior color.

yeah all those look awesome but i don't know where to find the silver color used on the level II's gauges though my truck is black and so is the interior, so i don't think it would look as good if i painted them black. would I have to go to ford to find that special silver?

Rick, is that just a generic dark gray you found or is it suppost to match the paint by label or code?

Try http://www.paintscratch.com/ for factory paint codes and to order paint. I ordered some from them when i had the 98 and it matched nicely.
