So I have neglected you guys after I damaged my truck. When I did the work I did to it, I took pics with my Cellphone. However, I never uploading them because I forgot. This work was done the weekend after the tree incident. I had a friend help remove the Hood and Fender, and we used his Come A Long to "pull" out that corner. I found a place on Ebay to get the replacement parts for dirt freakin cheap!!!!!

This was after we pulled it out.


Now you can see how much straighter the sub frame is. I have since used a hammer to beat it out more. Any extra advise is welcome here. I am probably going to send her to a body shop so they can use a frame puller. Then I will hang and do all the body work myself.




This is My Radio Setup. Right now I am only a Technician, so 10 Meters is all I get. For all you non Ham's, that is 28.3 Mhz to 28.5 Mhz voice transmitting. If you guys have any other questions, feel free to ask. Hope you enjoy.

This is Ryan's ranger on NAS Oceana. He is in a Squadron. I met him on base at the Mc D's. We have Identical rangers EXCEPT he has a stick (all in due time for me). Both have 4cyl, and regular cabs and 2WD. He swapped gears in the 7.5" axle to 4.56 and said she is holding up very well. He is running 35's with the Skyjacker 6" lift.

Notice the stock truck (mine) and His.... I can't wait!!!!

how is he gettin 35's with that lift? i got the same lieft adn got 33's he got a b/l too or cut fenders?

 

I am not sure exactly. When I go to buy the kit, I am getting a complete parts list from him so that I can do it right the first time.

 

Didn't you notice the body lift on the truck too?

 

well I know that he has blocks on the rear axle, HOWEVER, he didn't get the kit with rear leafs. He has different ford leafs in the rear, so not sure how much he has. I will ask though.

 

He is getting the email to me this week with all the parts he has listed so I can \"Dup\" his setup.
