About a Rear Mount Turbo Kit for an 03 Ranger 3.0L 5spd.

No need for intercooler, and 8psi or so..

suggestions?

From an efficiency stand point it's not good. But there are people out there who make it work.

From what I understand the 3.0L is a all iron motor right?

If so.. I'd back all the head bolts off to about 20ft lbs. Then replace them one at a time with good ARP bolts. Then sequentially re-torque them to spec.
That and a good fat / low timing tune would support about 8-9psi of intercooled charge. Maybe 10-12psi if you had adequate fuel supply.
