found the rims need tires

im getting the American racing teflon coated Chamber rims. im looking for a 33x10.5.15 tire. what are my options?

or would i be fine with 33x12.5? i want to be able to air down when off road in sand or loose dirt...

i may just go with a 32x11.50 tire..

looking for an all terrain or something like that

I'll be the first to say it. BFG AT KO. One of the best all around tires I've used.

cool cool. how do they wear? are they good in slippery conditions? like boat ramps or clay roads in the rain?
and with a 15x8 rim would it be safer to go with the 33x10/5 or would i be ok with 33x12.5??

You will be fine for either on an 8" wheel. Clearance on your truck I'm not sure about.

BFGs are one of the longer lasting A/Ts I've tried. They grip well also.

The BFG's work great in most conditions! Most will agree they don't work very well in deep mud or clay. You're going to need a mud tire for that stuff. Overall they work fine. I've launched my dads boat a few time and never had any traction issues. It all depends on the ramp though. I've been on a ramp covered in green grime/mossy/slime, and when I was taking the boat out I was fish tailing all over, I then put it in 4 wheel and climbed out. Overall, best all terrain and you should be able to get 40k out of them withut much trouble.

I'm just stating the minimum that he should expect. I'm sure you can make it to 80k miles but the average is at least 40k which is pretty good.

looks like they use a dana 35 4x4 spindle or as thay call it a "snout" that bolts to there had crafted spindle! looks very stout! i bet this kit can take some serious abuse, but its pricey.
different kits.
i will still use the coil spring. a lower ball joint, uniball upper. custom upper/lower arms, custom spindle, 4" wider per side. 13" travel.

i may be driving to cali in january to have them do the install with a new shock setup they are wanting to try out so i will get some testing done with the kit and shock setup out there for sure ha.
