I have maxed out my torssion bars and added a PA 3" body lift. It looks like my rear sits a little lower than the front. Anyone have this problem and what did you do?

 

First of all, you shouldn't "max" out your T bars. As far as lifting the rear, Chevy drop shackles or add a leafs are the only things you can do...

Get the Pro Comp EXP-13120 they will lift the rear about 2". Those helper springs won't lift it at all.

 

BLACKHAWK do you have this one installed? If so what all do you have to do. Is it hard?

 

I have the first set you listed. I am also adding shackles because my top weighs down the back quite a bit.

Ya did you max those bars..like the bolt all the way flush? I cant imagine how stiff that would be!

No, not all the way maxed out. I did it like 3 years ago. its fine. Just wanted to know what you were doing in my situation.

 

the exact. It was a tiny bit difficult due to the rust factor. other wise very easy. I had to grind off the centering bolt. setting the body back down to the axel was a bit tricky(need two people 1 to lower the jack and 1 to a line it) http://www.therangerstation.com/tech...d_A_Leafs.html this is exactly the way i did it.

 

I didn't of course i couldn't either. to much rust. It comes with two sets of center bolts/pins. Use the pair that fits the best. Remember to put alittle grease on the ends to keep it from squeaking.
