I have 93 4.0 Ranger with 31x10.5x15 on it with no lift. I am going to install a 3" performance accesories body lift.. Will the truck continue to sit higher in the rear or will the body lift level out the front end also. If not what kinda leveling kit should i get and how many inches should i get???

 

A body lift will only lift the body. If your truck sits unlevel now then it will after the body lift.

 

what size leveling kit should i install

 

I have the same setup your considering (3 inch body and leveling coils)

Like kevin said the body lift only moves the truck body 3 inches off the frame to give you some clearence for bigger tires, leveling coils or spacers will level out the rake our trucks have from the factory

You can't lift the front end more than about 2-2.5" without getting into drop brackets and a full suspension system

 

ok sounds good.. did you install your lift and coils

 

Did it with a buddy who is a mechanic at the ford dealer in his driveway

body lift took the better part of the day and coils took about an hour, plus taking the truck to the shop to get an alignment after the coils went on

 

with your 33"s did you have to change your gears at all???
