well i must admit that this is goin against what and who i am, i am lookin at a 2wd 1990 ranger and i was thinkn about lowering it. i have a lifted bronco and i thihnk it would be fun to lower a ranger. my question is how, my dad and i built my bronco and gave it a 12 inch lift. i would think we could lower a ranger. im only looking for about 2 inches. what do you all think.

If you built a 12 inch lift, lowering it 2 inches would be easy for you. You might want to check on rangerpowersports.com. Lots of nice street trucks on that site.

yea, i've never done it but alot of the kits are bolt on. alot like changing lifted parts. the average back yard guy is able to DIY. the only time it gets difficult is when you notch a frame and even then, all you do is cut and weld hte c-notch in place.
good luck.
