just crank the torsin bars...there is no need to install the torsin keys....

Nope.
If you want more height, crank the torsion bars. It will ride like crap if you do it much anyway.
For the rear, buy longer shackles. Cheaper and smoother ride.

If your leaves are flat, I would suggest some new highjacker leaf springs. I put lift shackles on my flat springs and it rides rough still. My front suspension however, with the skyjacker coils, is SMOOTH! Well, before my headgasket blew. :(

Skyjacker or Deaver, or other high quality leaf springs will improve the ride so much more than shackles will.
