So I finally got around to LEDing the rest of the interior and since I know everyone here loves them some pics I figured I post some up. You don't notice the hot spots in person, but now that I'm looking at the pic, that looks like something I might have to fix...
This is the main part of the dash, sorry about the blur, but you know how night pics are:

And the Climate controls, 4X4 switch, and Fog. Now I match my radio, that's what got this going in the first place:

Obviously not the Ranger, this is my TL1000R. So with the extra LED's in hand I figured she was gonna get it, and I was gonna give it to 'er, and she didn't even see it comin'.

Ohh, and thanks
You can correct the hot spots w/ blue velum.
Question though, how did you get the HVAC ***** to light up blue? I used the ***** from a 96 Explorer and they look good but yours look better, mine are much dimmer.

NICE! How'd you do the LED's in the cluster? 6 in each like me? How'd you do the cluster in general? Paint? etc.... I'm glad to see another member tackle this, other than Trevor(TrePaul86). lol.
For anyone wanting insight on how to do the cluster on 03 and older.....

I had paint on the overlays before, but it looked more like teal than the pretty blue. So when I had it all apart I scraped off the blue paint, and put white where I KNEW I was going to have hot spots.
But really in person, you don't see those hot spots in the pic, the camera magnafies them a TON!
Darkstar your bulbs are probably burnt out. Which means...time to do the LED mod!
ZS02EDGE: What is blue velum?
Herm59: took about 5 hours total, but I know how to tear apart my dash like a champ. I took a little while, diffusing 42 leds and then soldering them together in neat little groups of three. And that includes going for the drive and getting the speedo accurate.
Thanks to everyone.
Nice! So White was painted in the hot spots? I think i might pull mine apart again and take care of my hot spots. I can definately tell more evenly spread light in your pics compaired to mine.
Do you happen to have any pics of the during process? Like your white paint?

Not really sure but it feels like vinyl and that's the name on the tube I got it from. My dad used to use it for silk screening - it's what he cut the designs in. It worked great for me.
