BioDiesel?

Thinking about swapping an older VW/mercedes-Benz turbo diesel motor into my 4x4 ranger and then converting to BioDiesel. Anyone have any experience with this or want to comment?

I'm currently in search of a auxilary tank for the bed of my 86' Ranger with a diesel. I plan to run WVO (Waste veggie oil..what your fries are cooked in) with a tank heater and keep the original fuel tank. Check out frybrid.com

Go for it, can't see any trouble on older Diesels.

A guy just came in today with his 08 6.4 powerstroke, and I find he's running biodiesel. Looks like these Piezo injectors hate it lol.

I have driven a '79 MB 300SD with a kit on it. Slow but fun. Pull into Chinese restaurants and fill up. The car had 2 extra tanks in it, one to bulk collect (50 gal) and then the pump and filters int he car to pull in to a 15 gal tank to run off of once heated up off of regular diesel. Ran no different once up to temp.
