Center Arm Rest Box

When I bought my 93 Splash it was without the center console / arm rest. All I have is a rotating metal bracket. I went to the Junkyard and found a 60/40 seat off of a 96 ranger that had the arm rest with storage compartments. How do I take this thing off? I popped what looks like a screw cover off of the inside only to find a metal/plastic black fastener with three corners... and will this fit in my truck even?

Hey I figured out how to take the arm rest out. A size 45 torx wrench will take out the mounting bolt, while a smaller allan wrench will take off the other post which is holds thats thing on.

I dont know what little thing you needed the allen for, the metal bracket in my seat was so messed up I had to straighten it out, get a nut and bolt it on myself.
